Emergency Response
If you are considering harming yourself or someone else and require Immediate Care and Support, please contact your local emergency number or the police for immediate care and support.
Do not hesitate to call. Your life is extremely valuable, and people care about you. Please reach out for help.
Suicide Support
If you are not in immediate danger but need to talk to someone about suicidal thoughts, find the number for your country on the index of International Suicide Hotlines. You can also Tweet @800273TALK.
Professional Grief Support
For personal, professional support please contact our founder, Nathalie Himmelrich, who is a trained grief and bereavement counselor, coach, and grief recovery expert. Nathalie will first set up some time to talk to you via Zoom. After this first check-in session, her service requires payment. To find out more about her work, check out her website.

Grief Resources
The Grieving Parents Support Network’s Facebook page offers curated information to help bereaved parents navigate their loss journey, as well as professionals to better support them. GPSN offers a listing of various resources, as well as our own books for grieving parents. We invite you to explore these pages to determine the best resource for your specific situation.
Group Meetings in Person
We do not offer group meetings in person. If you’re looking for a bereavement group, I recommend checking your local community board, check with your doctor or check the website of The Compassionate Friends for one of their local chapters.
